Jacob Ben David was born in Marches, France 1949 in and immigrated to Israel the same year. Graduated from"Wizo" France School Tel-Aviv; graduated from the Avni Institute for Painting and Sculpting in 1987. Works in the Israel Aircraft Industries Ltd. as a graphic artist in the Advertising & Photography department. Initiated the concept of an art group Aircraft Industries Ltd. Initiated the concept of the art group – "Color in Nature".

In 1972 received an award by the "Sharet Foundation" in Tel-Aviv and participated an exhibition at The Z.O.A House Tel Aviv. As of 1995 guides art tours outside Israel.
